What you will do

• Apply machine learning models to business problems across marketing, including advertising, customer modeling, attribution, recommendations, and lifetime value.
• Identify opportunities to apply data science and machine learning across paid, organic, search, affiliate, CRM, and demand-creation channels.
• Automate ETL pipelines and develop data-driven analysis workflows.
• Prototype, evaluate, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production.
• Design A/B tests, analyze results, and discover new ways to interpret data.
• Communicate project progress and experimental findings to data scientists, analysts, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; a master’s degree with at least 2 years of practical experience is also considered.
• Strong background in machine learning and statistics, with knowledge of A/B test design and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python for numerical and statistical programming, including NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Ability to write and interpret complex SQL queries, with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hive and Spark.
• Experience leading the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models, plus hands-on use of AI-powered tools.
