Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer

Location: Remote - United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility.

Base compensation: $147,200–$183,900 USD annually.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of enterprise SaaS applications, from evaluation and procurement through deployment, optimization, renewal, and retirement.
• Manage collaboration, HR, finance, security, and AI platforms including Slack, Zoom, Miro, Atlassian, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign.
• Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, renewals, cost optimization, and license administration.
• Drive SaaS testing, onboarding, rollout, support, documentation, and governance processes.
• Partner with Security, Legal, Privacy, AI, SOX, and Compliance teams on risk assessments, audits, security reviews, and AI governance.
• Improve automation, reliability, scalability, disaster recovery, and business continuity across the SaaS ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications, SaaS portfolio management, or enterprise IT.
• Hands-on experience managing Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, Miro, DocuSign, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of the complete SaaS lifecycle, including procurement, implementation, renewals, and decommissioning.
• Experience working with Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and SOX teams.
• Knowledge of AI tools and platforms, including security, compliance, and governance assessment.
• Strong vendor management, communication, organization, and independent project leadership skills.
