Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year

What you will do
- Adapt designs to market needs while maintaining brand standards, visual identity, and brand equity.
- Develop concepts and design extensions for collections, propositions, sub-brands, and consumer programs.
- Research cultural, visual, and category trends and translate insights into design concepts and portfolio evolution.
- Create and refine AI-assisted imagery, video concepts, copy variations, prompts, and production-ready creative assets.
- Manage multiple initiatives, preserve design intent through execution, and ensure consistent visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and leadership, present design rationale, and provide art direction for AI-generated content.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2–6 years of full-time design experience, excluding freelance work.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, brand identity expertise, storytelling, independent ideation, problem-solving, design adaptation, and technical mastery.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Experience with design briefs, design processes, package design, layouts, digital design, and project management.
- Clear communication, collaboration, feedback, presentation, and leadership-influence skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Imagen, or Veo.
- Experience developing AI workflows, prompt libraries, content variations, localization, rapid prototyping, or performance testing.
- Curiosity about culture, trends, emerging AI tools, and evolving consumer needs.
