Site Reliability Engineer (Web3)

Location: Fully remote; European time zone.

Salary: $5,000–$6,000 net per month; payment in crypto is also available.

What you will do

• Maintain mission-critical bare-metal infrastructure against defined SLI, SLO, and SLA targets.
• Create and improve automation for deploying Web2 and Web3 infrastructure.
• Research existing and new blockchain projects to improve monitoring, alerting, and node performance.
• Operate validators, RPC nodes, and operator nodes across blockchain networks.
• Participate in the on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Expert-level Ansible experience; Ansible is the primary automation technology.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as Python or Go for infrastructure-related tasks.
• Good ownership and self-organization skills.
• Availability to work in the European time zone.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with Go.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, HAProxy, GitHub Actions, PostgreSQL, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
