Quality Program Strategist II (HEDIS/CAHPS/HOS)

Location: Remote in Florida; must reside in the state of Florida

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate HEDIS gap-closure, CAHPS, and HOS performance and identify pilot programs and process improvements.
• Assess measure specifications, performance trends, stakeholders, research, policies, procedures, and available resources.
• Analyze data to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations for quality improvement.
• Collaborate with markets and business stakeholders to improve measure performance and execute strategic initiatives.
• Develop quality-improvement resources, tools, policies, procedures, and quality checks for member and provider communications.
• Monitor state reporting and HHS and HPMS requirements, and create training for Quality Improvement Health Plan staff.

Requirements

• Must reside in Florida.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of clinical experience and experience in managed care or health insurance.
• 2+ years of quality experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple lines of business and Five Why’s and/or Fishbone analysis.
• RN, LPN, LVN, or LCSW license and CPHQ certification preferred.
