Behavioral Health Network Performance Improvement Manager (Regional)

Location: Rocky Hill, Connecticut, United States; hybrid with in-office attendance 1–2 days per week. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance unless an accommodation is granted by law.

What you will do

• Generate process improvements that deliver measurable gains in quality and operational efficiency.
• Represent the department on process improvement teams, special projects, and new technology implementations.
• Coordinate annual procedure reviews and revisions, and lead associate training when processes change.
• Facilitate workgroups and communicate process information to support accurate workload reporting.
• Analyze monthly workload reports and production statistics across operational sites, identifying concerns and implementing corrective plans.
• Provide specialized input to management on reports, process improvements, and system changes; travel to worksites and other locations as needed.

Requirements

• BA or BS in a related field and at least 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to analyze workflows, processes, supporting systems, and procedures and identify improvements.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, problem-solving, project facilitation, and decision facilitation skills.
• A license in a behavioral health-related field is strongly desired.

Nice to have

• Master’s-level education.
• Behavioral health-related professional license.
