Senior QA Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work format with flexible working hours; relocation support is available.

Salary: $3,500–$4,000 net per month.

What you will do

• Conduct end-to-end functional, UI/UX, API, integration, cross-browser, and responsive testing.
• Develop, scale, and maintain automated tests for web interfaces and APIs using Python, Go, or TypeScript with pytest and Playwright.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and validate data across client-side state, databases, business logic, and microservices.
• Test REST and WebSocket integrations and analyze system stability, load, and stress behavior.
• Reproduce complex defects, perform root-cause analysis using browser DevTools, UNIX environments, and system logs, and prepare detailed bug reports.
• Design test plans and scenarios, support release planning, and improve QA processes with Developers and DevOps engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of QA experience with strong UI/frontend and API/backend testing skills.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture, web frontend principles, microservices, HTTP, and WebSocket protocols.
• Experience with API and debugging tools such as Postman, Swagger, Fiddler, and Browser DevTools.
• Practical experience writing automated UI or API tests and working with CI/CD tools including GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong test design, analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and advocate for product quality.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or trading and familiarity with TradingView.
• Experience with load or performance testing, security testing, or monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Sentry.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with TestRail, Allure, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
