Product Owner (iGaming)

What you will do

• Own the vision, backlog, prioritization, and business value for the Players domain within the GamMatrix platform.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into BRDs, user flows, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready documentation.
• Run continuous discovery with operators, Account Management, Compliance, and dependent product teams.
• Document ownership boundaries and integration dependencies across Wallets, KYC/AML, payments, reporting, and game management.
• Lead quarterly planning, sprint refinement, scope management, reviews, and company-wide delivery demonstrations.
• Support release readiness, post-release validation, production investigations, and incident follow-ups.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or senior Business Analyst on backend, API-driven, or platform products.
• Experience writing requirements for systems where correctness, auditability, compliance, and edge-case handling are important.
• Practical knowledge of Agile delivery, including backlog management, Definition of Ready, refinement, estimation, sprint, and release mechanics.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including epics, versions, labels, and dashboards.
• Ability to read API documentation, understand integration flows, and hold technical discussions with a Tech Lead without coding.
• Clear, structured written English is required, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.

Nice to have

• iGaming experience, especially player account management, responsible gaming, KYC/AML, or regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with regulated-market requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Exposure to OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, and consent management.
• Experience supporting release processes and production incident handling.
