Focus on coordinating leadership activities, monitoring budgets and headcount planning, preparing executive presentations, and connecting cross-functional teams across a global reinsurance organisation.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid
Base salary: €1,900–€3,200 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation and applicable benefits.

What you will do
- Support the department head and leadership team with meeting coordination, agendas, follow-ups, and operational priorities.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and tracking of department strategy in alignment with Group Underwriting and goals.
- Contribute to Group Underwriting initiatives and projects, coordinating delivery across teams.
- Prepare communications and presentations for executive meetings, stakeholder sessions, and town halls.
- Coordinate department travel and training plans, as well as financial and headcount planning.
- Track departmental costs, identify optimisation opportunities, and support stakeholder engagement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant project and/or process management experience.
- Experience with cost tracking, budget monitoring, or KPI reporting, plus an understanding of operational processes and controls.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
- Good prioritisation, planning, attention to detail, ownership, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree.
- Exposure to or interest in reinsurance and underwriting processes.
- Additional language skills.
