2027 Summer Intern - Account Analyst (Italian Speaking)

Location: Milan, Italy; internship positions are located in the Milan office

Salary: Initial pay from €0; competitive compensation and a transition bonus may be provided to support relocation to an office location.

What you will do

• Support the servicing of institutional clients and Global Wealth Management businesses.
• Gather, analyze, and discuss economic and market trends.
• Evaluate portfolio structures and deliver attribution analyses to Account Managers and clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Managers, Portfolio Managers, and other investment professionals.
• Use artificial intelligence tools to improve client service and outcomes.
• Present an investment strategy and deliver a project during the internship.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree, with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available for full-time employment at a hirify.global office between January 2028 and August 2028.
• On track to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Business proficiency in English and Italian is required.
• Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance, with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience using emerging technologies or AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience using new technologies and AI tools in academic or work projects.
• Interest in innovation and continuous improvement of work processes and outcomes.
