Euronext Securities - Tax Services Associate (Financial Services)

Location: Milan, Italy

Salary: Starting from €35,600 gross annual salary plus restaurant vouchers; CCNL Credito.

What you will do

• Process and reconcile foreign tax transactions, including withholding tax, tax relief at source, and tax reclaims.
• Prepare and execute client tax reclaims while ensuring documentation and regulatory requirements are complete.
• Maintain fiscal records, filings, correspondence, and tax-related data in internal systems.
• Liaise with tax authorities, custodians, and internal teams to resolve operational fiscal issues.
• Prepare reports and reconciliations for fiscal processes and audits, escalating discrepancies and risks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of fiscal-service procedures and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field.
• Two to three years of experience in back office, fiscal operations, or a similar financial-services role is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to understand complex operational and regulatory matters and prioritise multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with international teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French, Italian, Dutch, or another European language.
• Experience working with international teams.
