Partnership Development Associate (Spanish Speaker)

Location: Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina; hybrid work model with in-person collaboration, remote work, and flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Research potential partners, conduct outreach, and support partnership proposals and presentations.
• Build relationships with partners and stakeholders while coordinating communication with internal teams.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining partner databases.
• Manage partnership tools, including Salesforce and SuperUser, and keep documentation accurate and up to date.
• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, competitors, and partnership performance metrics.
• Support ad-hoc projects and identify opportunities to improve partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, account management, or a related area.
• Experience working with external stakeholders, clients, sponsors, or vendors.
• Ability to assist with proposals, presentations, reports, and partnership agreements.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
