Lead Auditor (IT & Cybersecurity Audit)

What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of IT general controls, application controls, and cybersecurity audit engagements from scoping through reporting.
• Develop audit programs and risk and control matrices aligned with the technology risk-based audit plan.
• Supervise and review the work of Senior Auditors, Auditors, and Interns, while providing coaching on IT audit techniques.
• Conduct walkthroughs, technical interviews, and testing across IT controls, network and endpoint security, identity and access management, and cloud configurations.
• Identify control gaps and root causes, prepare audit findings and reports, and present results to Engineering and Information Security process owners.
• Agree on corrective action plans, track remediation, contribute to technology and cyber risk assessments, and support quarterly and annual reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT audit, information security, or technology risk, including experience leading audit engagements.
• Strong knowledge of IT auditing standards, cybersecurity frameworks, and SAMA regulatory requirements.
• Experience assessing IT general controls, application controls, and cybersecurity controls.
• Proficiency with IT audit tools and familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• CISA certification, obtained or in progress.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or corporate environments.
