What you will do

• Identify competitive advantages in digital asset markets and turn them into actionable quantitative trading opportunities.
• Develop pricing and execution models and oversee their deployment in end-to-end trading strategies.
• Research and optimize systematic market-making strategies across digital asset products and venues.
• Collaborate with Trading and Technology to move quantitative strategies from research into production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systematic trading.
• Proven success developing profitable trading or systematic market-making strategies.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, electronic trading, and market microstructure.
• Experience applying modern quantitative methods to profitable trading strategies.
• Experience with large-scale market datasets, machine-learning operations frameworks, and high-performance computing.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and a strategic view of machine learning and AI in algorithmic trading.
