is a staffing and recruitment agency building teams for fast-growing fintech and iGaming companies, including a client operating in regulated crypto payments.
What you will do
- Drive business and product strategy, including roadmap prioritization, merchant propositions, commercial models, and unit economics.
- Guide technology and payments infrastructure, overseeing platform development and critical third-party providers.
- Support business growth and strategic partnerships with B2B and institutional merchants.
- Lead operational resilience and risk management for a scaling regulated crypto business.
- Ensure alignment with international crypto regulations, AML, and KYC standards.
Requirements
- Senior executive experience in crypto, digital assets, payments, or related financial infrastructure.
- Hands-on expertise in crypto payments, processing, transfers, custody, and business wallets.
- Experience with B2B or institutional merchants, merchant segmentation, and product-market fit.
- Track record of launching or scaling crypto payment products, gateways, or platforms.
- Experience with P&L, pricing, revenue models, unit economics, and cross-functional product strategy.
- Experience managing strategic technology partners and complex technology, operational, or business incidents.
