Executive Board Member (Estonia) (Crypto Payments)

What you will do

• Drive business and product strategy, including roadmap prioritization, merchant propositions, commercial models, and unit economics.
• Guide technology and payments infrastructure, platform development, technology strategy, and critical third-party providers.
• Support business growth and strategic partnerships with B2B and institutional merchants.
• Lead operational resilience and risk management for a regulated crypto business.
• Advocate for compliance with international crypto regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Senior executive experience in crypto, digital assets, payments, or related financial infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise in crypto payments, processing, transfers, custody, and business wallets.
• Experience with B2B or institutional merchants, merchant segmentation, and product-market fit.
• Experience launching or scaling crypto payment products, gateways, or platforms.
• Experience with P&L, pricing, revenue models, unit economics, product strategy, and cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Experience managing strategic technology partners and complex technology, operational, or business incidents.
