What you will do

• Follow up on Quality, Environment, Health & Safety matters across projects and business areas.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Assess workplace and project risks through site visits, evaluate environmental impacts and support EHS Plan preparation.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, complete occupational risk assessments and define corrective actions and PPE requirements.
• Implement fire safety and emergency measures, including systems, training, emergency teams and drills.
• Deliver Health & Safety training, coordinate audits, monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• Engineering degree and professional qualification as a Health & Safety Technician.
• 3–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or project environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, applicable Health & Safety and environmental legislation, and audit techniques.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and good English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Pedagogical Competences Certificate (PCC).
