We’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who is already well-connected in the market and knows how to turn relationships into measurable results.

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming / Betting Affiliate Marketing ;
• Strong hands-on expertise in influencer traffic ;
• An existing network of influencers, streamers, content creators, tipsters, agencies and affiliate partners;
• Proven experience in LATAM, Uzbekistan and/or Tier-1 markets ;
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models;
• Ability to evaluate traffic quality through FTDs, deposits, conversion, ROI and player value;
• Strong negotiation skills and experience closing commercially attractive deals;
• Ability to build a GEO almost from scratch — from identifying the right partners to scaling successful traffic;
• Understanding of local market specifics, competitor activity and emerging traffic sources;
• English sufficient for international communication; additional local languages are a strong advantage.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop and scale influencer affiliate traffic across LATAM, Uzbekistan and Tier-1 markets;
• Source, onboard and grow relationships with influencers, streamers, content creators, tipsters, agencies and affiliate partners ;
• Activate and expand your existing partner network ;
• Negotiate competitive CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals ;
• Own the full partner lifecycle — from first contact and negotiation to launch, optimization and scaling;
• Analyze performance across FTD, deposits, conversion, ROI and traffic quality ;
• Identify new traffic sources, platforms and partnership opportunities;
• Create and test new approaches to influencer integrations and affiliate campaigns;
• Monitor competitors, market trends and opportunities within each GEO;
• Take ownership of your markets and deliver measurable commercial growth.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming / Betting ;
• Strong hands-on expertise in influencer traffic ;
• Established network of influencers, streamers, content creators, tipsters, agencies and affiliates ;
• Proven experience with LATAM, Uzbekistan and/or Tier-1 markets ;
• Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models;
• Ability to source, onboard, activate and scale high-performing partners;
• Strong understanding of key metrics: FTD, deposits, conversion, ROI, LTV and traffic quality ;
• Proven ability to negotiate profitable commercial terms;
• Experience launching and scaling affiliate campaigns across multiple GEOs;
• Ability to analyze performance and make data-driven optimization decisions;
• Good understanding of the competitive iGaming landscape and emerging traffic sources.
