✨ Vacancy: Affiliate Manager — LATAM (iGaming)
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our international iGaming team and grow our affiliate network across LATAM.
We’re especially interested in candidates with an established network of influencers, streamers, tipsters and SEO partners.
What you have to do:
• Develop and scale the affiliate network across LATAM.
• Find and onboard new affiliates, influencers, streamers, tipsters and SEO partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and KOLs.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals.
• Activate new partners and drive first FTDs.
• Analyze traffic quality: FTD, deposits, GGR, LTV, ROI and retention.
• Scale high-performing influencer, streamer, tipster and SEO traffic.
• Manage CRM and reporting tools.
• Monitor traffic quality and identify fraud risks.
What is important to us:
✔ 2+ years of Affiliate Manager experience in iGaming.
✔ Strong knowledge of LATAM markets and an active affiliate network.
✔ Existing contacts with influencers, streamers, tipsters and/or SEO affiliates.
✔ Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid.
✔ Good knowledge of affiliate analytics and traffic quality.
✔ Fluent English and Spanish.
✔ Portuguese is a plus.
