Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming): Managing and growing affiliate programs for iGaming operator clients across Tier 1 markets with an accent on affiliate recruitment, commission-model negotiation, compliance, and measurable NGR impact. Focus on optimizing multi-market traffic, monitoring fraud and conversion anomalies, delivering performance analysis, and mentoring affiliate managers.
Location: Yerevan, Armenia. Hybrid work is available after the first three months, with up to 50 work-from-home days per year.

What you will do
- Own affiliate programs for assigned iGaming operator clients and act as their primary contact.
- Define GEO targets, traffic mix goals, and CPA, RevShare, or hybrid payout strategies.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop relationships with affiliates across Tier 1 markets.
- Configure programs in the PartnerMatrix platform and maintain affiliate deal, contract, and CRM documentation.
- Monitor traffic quality, fraud indicators, bonus abuse, conversions, payments, and compliance workflows.
- Deliver weekly performance reports, lead monthly strategy reviews, contribute to competitive analysis, and mentor Middle Affiliate Managers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of affiliate management experience in iGaming.
- Proven experience building and growing affiliate programs, with hands-on experience in at least one iGaming affiliate platform.
- Established affiliate network across Tier 1 markets including the UK, DACH, Nordics, Canada, and ANZ.
- Ability to structure and negotiate CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals independently.
- Fluent English required. German, Swedish, Dutch, or French is an advantage.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with regulated-market requirements such as UKGC, MGA, and Spelinspektionen.
Nice to have
- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-GEO affiliate programs simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements for iGaming payment flows.
- Knowledge of Tier 2 and emerging-market affiliate ecosystems, including CIS, LatAm, and MENA.
