Senior Product Lead, Tooling

Location: Hybrid role based in Espoo or Oulu, Finland

What you will do

• Execute and steer the developer tooling strategy.
• Improve developer experience across new and existing products to support faster development cycles in an AI-first environment.
• Evaluate tooling products against customer expectations and changing market needs.
• Collaborate with portfolio management to streamline the offering using ROI and KPI definitions.
• Research and implement insights strategies to maximize user value.
• Coordinate PM, R&D, IT, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders to deliver the tooling strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management or a similar software-industry role.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and environments, IDEs, and development tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient or native-level English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven decision-making, prioritization, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel.
