Salary: CHF 25.00 per hour gross

What you will do
- Process various types of payments and ensure accurate, timely booking.
- Organize payment runs and reconcile bank accounts in multiple currencies weekly.
- Support the Financial Accountant with daily finance operations.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for the Finance Operations Manager.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution.
- Fluent English at C1 level and German at C1 level required.
- Confident use of MS Office and digital document-management tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with close attention to detail.
- Proactive, team-oriented approach.
