Location: Krakow, Poland — hybrid, with 3 days working from the office weekly at Fabryczna, Krakow

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers through hiring, coaching, development, and performance support.
• Provide technical leadership and raise the quality bar across software delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership, product managers, developers, UX designers, and technical documentation teams.
• Define product vision, roadmap priorities, requirements, dependencies, and collaboration opportunities.
• Manage projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, scalable, and performant software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing QA teams.
• 10+ years of software QA experience.
• Experience delivering reliable and scalable enterprise-level solutions.
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and SaaS.
• Strong technical background, pragmatic problem-solving ability, and interest in evaluating new technologies.
