QA Engineer (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid collaboration model with 4 days per week on-site

Salary: 12,000–17,000 PLN/month (+VAT) on B2B

What you will do

• Design, execute, maintain, and document manual test cases for APIs, external integrations, internal modules, and web applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, mobile, and localization testing.
• Validate data consistency and integrity across APIs, databases, and user-management workflows.
• Document, track, retest, and verify defect fixes using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, and product teams on requirements, testability, usability, and test coverage.
• Contribute to automated test development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial software testing experience.
• Experience testing APIs with tools such as Postman or Swagger and testing integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with mobile testing and databases, including basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and test case management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.
• Fluent English required for communicating complex technical concepts.
• Proactive, analytical, collaborative approach and ability to identify edge cases and challenge assumptions constructively.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Experience with AI tools and interest in using AI in daily work.
