Partnerships & Growth Manager (Crypto): Planning and delivering offline community events, local partnerships, creator collaborations, and growth initiatives for Binance in Turkey with an accent on event execution, KOL management, budget control, and Turkish-market content. Focus on building local ecosystems, coordinating suppliers and stakeholders, tracking engagement KPIs, and translating user insights into acquisition opportunities.
Location: Türkiye, Istanbul; onsite or remote

What you will do
- Plan and execute meetups, workshops, sponsorship activations, and flagship events from concept through on-site delivery.
- Manage venues, speakers, partners, suppliers, logistics, budgets, attendance, feedback, and event performance.
- Build relationships with Turkish communities, universities, creators, KOLs, gaming communities, youth groups, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate creator and KOL onboarding, briefings, campaigns, content collaborations, and performance follow-up.
- Develop local activations, competitions, and educational initiatives that support user acquisition and engagement.
- Manage SWAG inventory and distribution, track KPIs, prepare reports, and collaborate with Marketing, Social, Product, BD, Events, and Compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, community activations, local marketing, creator management, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience organizing offline events end to end, including large-scale or flagship events.
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers, logistics, and spending controls.
- Strong understanding of the Turkish market, local culture, and content ecosystem.
- Experience with KOLs, creators, or local content partnerships, plus strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Turkish and English.

- Experience in crypto, fintech, gaming, entertainment, or internet and platform businesses.
