Assoc Manager, Client Services

Location: McKinley, Taguig City, Philippines; onsite work and night-shift availability required

What you will do

• Manage a team of meeting planners and drive performance through coaching, measurable goals, and performance management.
• Ensure client business rules are followed throughout the program-planning lifecycle and maintain client SOPs and platform configurations.
• Manage task deadlines, SLAs, workload forecasts, KPIs, and resource allocation across the client portfolio.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer service inquiries, research, incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Customer Success and Product Support on client deliverables, profitability, retention, and issue resolution.
• Triage issues between technology platforms and escalate them to the appropriate support teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the meetings industry.
• Experience leading people, managing teams, or leading projects is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, prioritization, problem-solving, analytical, and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; life sciences experience and knowledge of HCP interaction regulations are advantageous.
• Must be willing to work in McKinley, Taguig and on the night shift.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce, Zoom, and Smartsheet.
• Experience in life sciences and healthcare compliance.
