Treasury & Corporate Finance Professional

What you will do

• Support banking infrastructure activities, including client onboarding, KYC, bank account setup, authorizations, and payment-related advisory.
• Manage cash balances, cash dispositioning, credit facilities, liquidity tracking, and the regional cash pool.
• Execute, confirm, settle, and reconcile money market and foreign exchange transactions, including related interest accrual and mark-to-market processes.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, internal limits, and hirify.global standards while maintaining records and internal controls for audits.
• Contribute to treasury process optimization, digitization, and TCF solution implementation during company setup, integration, and divestment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• More than 3 years of experience in corporate treasury, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong business English and Chinese communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI assistants such as ChatGPT.
• Strong ownership, collaboration, learning agility, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with digitalization solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, or Copilot Agent Studio.
