What you will do

• Mitigate credit risk through analysis of customer financials, debt ratings, and reporting tools.
• Evaluate creditworthiness, approve limits within authority, and release customer orders compliantly.
• Conduct periodic credit limit and risk reviews in collaboration with business teams.
• Resolve issues impacting cash collection, revenue recognition, and customer satisfaction.
• Support compliance, SOX controls, audits, and process improvement projects.
• Deliver on service levels, KPIs, and knowledge transfer to team members.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration with 0-2 years experience in credit management or accounting; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Basic knowledge of credit management, accounting, SAP FSCM module, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience supporting low-to-medium complexity tasks and small-to-medium projects.
• Progressive mindset for learning technology and productivity tools.

• Financial and analytical acumen with knowledge of statements, ratios, and strong detail orientation.
