What you will do
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial reports, supporting documentation, and credit policy requirements.
- Review and approve credit limits within the authorized level and follow up on requests requiring management approval.
- Release customer orders in a timely and compliant manner while identifying payment-pattern risks, overdue balances, and order blocks.
- Perform periodic credit-limit and risk-category reviews with business stakeholders.
- Resolve issues affecting cash collection, revenue recognition, and customer satisfaction in collaboration with other teams.
- Support audits, SOX controls, service-level targets, system enhancements, and process-improvement projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with 0–2 years of related experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of credit management and accounting functions in an ERP environment, particularly SAP FSCM.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to support low- to medium-complexity tasks and participate in small- to medium-sized projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, detail-oriented, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to comply with credit policies, operational controls, SOX requirements, audits, and internal procedures.
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce.
- Experience in credit management or accounting within a multinational company or shared-service environment.
- Knowledge of financial statements, financial ratios, and related analytical concepts.
