AI Researcher - Skin Bioscience Discovery Accelerator (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and apply AI-driven approaches to accelerate biological discovery.
• Integrate imaging, omics, phenotypic, screening, and experimental datasets to generate predictive scientific insights.
• Develop and improve Design-Build-Test-Learn workflows connecting biological understanding, data generation, modeling, and experimental validation.
• Translate biological questions into computational frameworks and model-driven discovery experiments in collaboration with experimental scientists and technology teams.
• Contribute to an AI-enabled discovery platform for autonomous and predictive scientific research in skin and scalp biology.

Requirements

• Diploma in Applied AI or a related field, with experience in applied AI.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI for life sciences and modeling biological systems.
• Experience in skin and hair follicle biology is preferred.
• Strong scientific method and technical rigor, including the ability to design, execute, and interpret experiments independently.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to connect observations to technical insights and next steps.
