Sr Delivery Consultant - AI Workforce (Microsoft Copilot/Microsoft 365): Designing and delivering secure AI-powered workplace solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on AI readiness, governance, security, compliance, and organizational adoption. Focus on building Copilot adoption roadmaps, developing AI use cases and managed services, and solving complex productivity and information protection challenges.

What you will do
- Lead AI readiness assessments, envisioning workshops, and adoption roadmaps for enterprise customers.
- Design and implement Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 workplace solutions that improve productivity and collaboration.
- Develop AI governance, security, compliance, and information protection frameworks.
- Identify business use cases and enable productivity improvements through AI and automation.
- Contribute to AI managed services, delivery methodologies, and reusable implementation assets.
- Provide technical expertise during customer solution discussions and proposals while collaborating with Microsoft, architects, sales, and customer success teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft security, compliance, and governance solutions, including Purview, Defender, and Entra ID.
- Understanding of digital workplace transformation and AI adoption strategies.
- Experience engaging stakeholders and guiding organizational change and user adoption initiatives.
- Consulting mindset with strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
