Senior Analyst, Falcon Complete (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead high-severity, multi-host, and multi-customer incident investigations across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, forensic artifacts, and network data to determine root cause, attacker TTPs, and the full scope of compromise.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 attacks, including business email compromise and adversary-in-the-middle attacks, and advise customers during critical incidents.
• Perform static and dynamic malware analysis to identify threat behavior and indicators of compromise.
• Develop remediation plans, coordinate containment actions across customer infrastructure, and improve detection and response processes through SOPs and automation.
• Mentor analysts, contribute to training and knowledge-base materials, and represent the organization through thought leadership and external engagements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex incident response investigations from triage through remediation.
• Advanced knowledge of attack vectors, threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures, with experience applying MITRE ATT&CK.
• Advanced computer forensic analysis across host, memory, and network artifacts.
• Advanced static and dynamic malware analysis experience, including reverse-engineering concepts and behavioral analysis.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Clear, professional customer communication skills, including handling high-pressure technical escalations.

Nice to have

• Written and verbal Japanese skills.
• Experience investigating organized crime groups and sophisticated nation-state adversaries.
• Experience with AI models, prompt engineering, and agentic SOC workflows.
