Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Sales)

What you will do

• Source and engage passive candidates for Account Executive and other sales roles across the AMER region.
• Build representative candidate pipelines and proactive talent benches across key territories.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Map talent markets, competitors, locations, and candidate pools to inform sourcing strategies.
• Screen and qualify candidates, provide recommendations, and deliver a thoughtful candidate experience.
• Improve outreach, research, workflow, and recruiting-system practices while maintaining accurate candidate data.

Requirements

• Relevant recruiting or sourcing experience, including direct experience with passive candidates in a fully outbound environment.
• Experience sourcing Account Executives and other sales roles, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong research, market-mapping, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers across changing priorities and time zones.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work remotely in an asynchronous environment and learn tools such as hirify.global.
