Engineering Co-op (Mechanical Engineering)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, USA — Columbus Operating Center

Salary: $4,100–$5,700 per month, depending on academic level and degree type.

What you will do

• Complete hands-on engineering projects in the Consumer Packaging Division.
• Apply mechanical engineering knowledge to manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Work alongside industry experts and peers on practical business and technical initiatives.
• Participate in plant tours, leadership engagement, networking, and feedback activities.
• Build experience across manufacturing, process engineering, quality, safety, and related functions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to apply engineering concepts in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Previous co-op experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related functional area.
• Ability to work at the Columbus, Ohio operating center.
