Engineering Co-op (Electrical Engineering)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Salary: $4,100–$5,700 per month for graduate and undergraduate engineering or technical degrees, depending on academic level.

What you will do

• Complete hands-on engineering projects in the Consumer Packaging Division.
• Apply technical knowledge to manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Work alongside industry experts and peers across engineering, quality, safety, supply chain, and other functions.
• Participate in plant tours, leadership engagement, networking, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Electrical Engineering or Information Systems Engineering.
• Technical aptitude and strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Previous co-op experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related functional area.
• Ability to work onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
