• Consult with clients on succession planning, tax planning, and business processes.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Perform tax procedures based on engagement size and complexity.
• Review complex individual and business tax returns.
• Develop and train team members while supporting their professional growth.
• Build opportunities for clients, communities, and colleagues through industry participation and training.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm; 8 or more years is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification; a JD or EA may be accepted instead.
• Experience driving strategic management and solving complex issues.
• Strong interest in public accounting and tax.
