What you will do

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and share third-party risk insights and best practices.
  • Support inherent risk assessments covering third-party services, use cases, ownership, and risk ratings.
  • Assist with ongoing performance management, including changes, roadblocks, SLA adherence, and operational performance.
  • Maintain inventories of third-party relationships, services, and responsible internal owners.
  • Support transition and replacement plans, resolve identified risks, and escalate material jurisdictional risks.
  • Update procedures and training materials and contribute to projects that strengthen third-party risk management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant risk management experience.
  • Knowledge of information security, resiliency, risk controls, third-party risk management, or procurement.
  • Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience with GRC tools, preferably OneTrust.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with incomplete information, manage ambiguity, and maintain high ethical standards in a fast-paced environment.
