What you will do
- Administer legal technology platforms, including contract lifecycle management, AI-powered legal tools, IT service management, legal spend management, entity management, and low-code application systems.
- Configure APIs, integrations, and data flows between Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs platforms and enterprise systems.
- Oversee MCP calibration and AI tooling governance to support responsible adoption and workflow improvement.
- Partner with internal technical teams and vendor partners to define and execute the technology stack roadmap.
- Evaluate infrastructure needs and lead technology modernization, consolidation, retirement, migrations, upgrades, and implementations.
- Coordinate security, access management, data protection, compliance, documentation, training, and user adoption activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or work experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in technology administration, system integration, legal technology platforms, technical operations, enterprise systems, or related work.
- Background in technology, systems administration, information systems, business, or analytics is preferred.
- Experience administering systems or platforms, improving performance through configuration and process design, and resolving complex technology and integration issues independently.
- Ability to communicate with internal technical teams, enterprise stakeholders, vendor technical partners, and external contacts.
