Senior Field Service Engineer Lead (Nuclear)

Location: Westmont, Illinois, United States; hybrid remote/office. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Salary: $107,000–$152,000 per year, plus a 15% annual incentive target.

What you will do

• Manage technical and operational support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment and systems in the nuclear sector.
• Act as the primary customer interface, resolve complex service issues, and support future business development.
• Lead field service engineers and support staff by setting goals, coaching employees, and developing team capabilities.
• Review task plans, drawings, and installation schematics and guide field teams during execution.
• Identify and manage technical and commercial risks, non-conformance costs, and district opportunities.
• Support district profit and loss management, reporting, analysis, and budget development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a mechanical or electrical engineering degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in the power generation service industry, including substantial field service experience.
• Experience maintaining large gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and related auxiliary equipment.
• Strong leadership, management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
