What you will do
- Provide administrative support to the EVP of Creative Acquisitions and IP Management, including scheduling, telephone coverage, travel arrangements, expense reports, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate communication between departments, divisions, networks, streaming services, studios, agencies, managers, and other creative partners.
- Maintain submission logs, material grids, project status trackers, and weekly intellectual property memoranda.
- Research entertainment industry trends, formats, talent, and the competitive landscape.
- Compile weekend reading materials and participate in related discussions.
- Handle confidential materials and information discreetly.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in entertainment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dropbox, Concur, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and remain level-headed under pressure.
- Ability to interface effectively with the creative community and employees at all levels.
- Ability to work from the Universal City office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.
