CRM Campaign Specialist iGaming (m/f/x) - German Speaking

Location: Malta; on-site role based at the hirify.global tower in St Julian’s. Relocation support is available for moving to Malta.

What you will do

• Build campaigns and customer journeys using CRM and CMS tools.
• Plan and execute gaming promotions across supplier back-office systems.
• Write marketing copy, manage campaign assets, and launch ad hoc campaigns based on KPI performance.
• Manage and optimize automated customer lifecycle communications across channels.
• Create personalized bonus campaigns for targeted user segments and align communications with website content and user experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming or the regulated digital industry.
• Strong analytical skills when working with large amounts of data.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate ideas for digital campaigns.
• Excellent English and proficient German are required.
