TL;DR
IT Administrator (iGaming) (Microsoft 365/Active Directory): Delivering desk-side and remote IT support, administering core business systems, and maintaining reliable workplace technology with an accent on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, macOS, and service management. Focus on troubleshooting incidents, managing accounts and permissions, improving IT services, and maintaining secure and accurate operational documentation.
Location: On-site in Malta; relocation support is available for the move to Malta.

What you will do
- Deliver desk-side and remote IT support across the Group.
- Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests while improving IT services.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and mailboxes across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other core systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, including data recovery when needed.
- Maintain operational documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in an IT support environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and macOS environments.
- Practical experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Good understanding of IT service management principles and ITIL processes, with strong communication and ownership skills.
