Product Security Engineer III (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: USD $107,700–$285,900 per year, with potential bonus, stock, and other rewards depending on role eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain security tooling and automation, including static analysis pipelines, secret scanning workflows, and dependency analysis systems.
• Develop scalable solutions that prevent recurring vulnerability classes and improve security across hirify.global products.
• Build agentic security tooling for automated triage, assessment, and remediation of security findings.
• Create security libraries, CI/CD integrations, and developer-facing tools that make secure development the default.
• Strengthen software supply chain defenses through detection and prevention systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, analyze security KPIs, and recommend improvements based on measurement gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security analysis, security research, cybersecurity, security engineering, or a related area, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience building security tooling and implementing solutions in complex environments.
• At least 3 years of programming experience in at least two of Ruby, Go, and Python.
• Experience with application security, security engineering, or vulnerability management.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAST/DAST tools, code scanning frameworks, or custom rule authoring.
• Experience building agentic or AI-driven security tooling.
• Knowledge of software supply chain security concepts and tooling.
• Experience with large-scale monoliths or distributed service codebases.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products, its platform, and developer ecosystem.
