About the Role
You will manage identity and access operations and monitor critical changes. You will conduct threat modeling code reviews fuzzing and functional testing across production software. You will triage bug bounty findings coordinate penetration tests build adversarial AI security tooling monitor software supply chain risks and maintain compliance evidence.
Requirements
- Software engineering background with production systems experience
- Product or application security experience
- 5+ years of professional experience including substantial software engineering experience
- Fluency in threat modeling secure design review code review and vulnerability testing
- Proficiency in Rust Go C++ or Python
- Experience building security tooling or automation from scratch
- Experience leading security reviews of production software
- Understanding of identity and access management
- Interest and practical ability in AI security tooling
- Understanding of software supply chain risk
- Strong written communication
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in web3 crypto or DeFi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience with mobile device management and endpoint policy enforcement
- Familiarity with enterprise IAM and SSO
- Experience with privileged access management
- Strong Linux administration and hardening skills
- Experience with multisig schemes
- Familiarity with hardware security modules
- Exposure to trusted execution environments
Responsibilities
- Manage identity and access provisioning lifecycle operations and monitoring
- Conduct threat modeling secure design reviews code reviews fuzzing and functional testing
- Triage bug bounty reports and track remediation
- Build adversarial testing frameworks for AI agent controls
- Monitor software supply chain risks and detect malicious packages
- Coordinate external penetration tests and remediation
- Prepare compliance documentation and evidence
