Senior Content Manager (B2B SaaS)

Location: The Hague, Netherlands

Salary: Up to €6,500 gross per month, based on a 40-hour week and experience.

What you will do

• Own and execute the content strategy from ideation through publication.
• Manage the content production pipeline and calendar across Dutch, German, and international markets.
• Create English full-funnel content, sales enablement materials, campaign ads, landing pages, social media content, and nurturing emails.
• Maintain editorial ownership of English content across website and product app environments.
• Own CMS structure, publishing workflows, and template governance while collaborating with designers on visual assets.
• Coordinate keyword and topic opportunities and mentor content specialists on tone, transcreation quality, and brand voice.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or another complex operational industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills; natural writing without AI assistance is essential.
• Ability to turn complex technical topics into engaging, on-brand content that converts.
• Experience owning a content calendar or production pipeline.
• Comfort with HubSpot, Framer, SEMrush, Monday, and Salesforce, or the ability to learn these tools quickly.

Nice to have

• Additional European language skills, such as Dutch, German, Spanish, or French.
• Experience with website migrations and information architecture.
