What you will do

• Review product packaging and labels for regulatory compliance across various product categories.
• Prepare accurate, clear, and compliant test reports using Microsoft Word.
• Compare reports with client SOPs and review them for consistency, formatting, completeness, and validity.
• Translate technical information and shorthand into structured documents suitable for non-technical readers.
• Maintain laboratory documentation and records in accordance with accreditation procedures.
• Support job tracking, file management, and administrative laboratory operations while coordinating with customer service, technical teams, and lab managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, scientific writing, or a related scientific field is preferred.
• Experience in a laboratory or technical writing role.
• Familiarity with SOPs and laboratory documentation procedures.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and experience with SharePoint or other document management systems.
