Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico; work across office and distribution areas.
Company
develops and manufactures powersports vehicles, including off-road vehicles, at its large Mexico manufacturing operation.
What you will do
- Lead daily warehouse operations and special projects at the distribution center for Parts, Garments, and Accessories.
- Oversee order fulfillment activities and improve processes to meet efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity targets.
- Manage labor, packaging, and maintenance budgets and prepare operational performance reports.
- Schedule, train, develop, interview, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Coordinate with Human Resources and temporary staffing agencies to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Operate in office and distribution areas, including occasional lifting of materials up to 18 kg (40 lb).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in large-scale automated distribution operations or manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience implementing sustainable, metrics-driven solutions.
- Experience managing departmental budgets and supervising staff according to company policies.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Specialized equipment training is required in accordance with standards.
Nice to have
- Experience with AS400, SolidWorks, RF/barcode technology, and automated sorting or material-handling systems.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and a record of exceeding safety metrics.
- Experience leading organizational change and sustaining measurable improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
