R&D Intern (Medical Devices)

Location: Asheville, NC, United States

Salary: $23 per hour

What you will do

• Assist with research and development projects, including new product development and material qualification.
• Support manufacturing trials by collecting, organizing, and analyzing production data.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate results and identify trends or improvement opportunities.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations communicating findings and recommendations.
• Complete an independent research project and present the results to the R&D team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
• Motivation to gain hands-on experience and apply classroom learning.
• Basic knowledge related to the field of study.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and professional skills.
