TL;DR
Senior Business Process Analyst (Lean/Agile): Improving enterprise planning, delivery, and value realization through performance analysis, process mapping, and organizational change management with an accent on continuous improvement, analytics, and Agile enablement. Focus on designing dashboards, facilitating value stream analysis and retrospectives, and developing training and communications that support adoption of new ways of working.
Location: office in Birmingham, Alabama; Chicago or Downers Grove, Illinois; or Jacksonville, Florida
Salary: $89,000–$148,100 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus and benefits

What you will do
- Partner with technology teams, leaders, Scrum Masters, PMO, and cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze workflows, organizational performance, delivery practices, and value streams to reduce waste and improve flow and business value.
- Facilitate process mapping, retrospectives, problem-solving sessions, value stream mapping, and improvement workshops.
- Develop dashboards, reports, executive presentations, and recommendations using operational performance and outcome data.
- Support Agile adoption by evaluating practices, documenting standards, and recommending improvements across teams.
- Create communications, training materials, job aids, FAQs, and change management resources to support adoption of new ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, portfolio management, PMO, Agile, or organizational transformation.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, executive presentations, and training materials.
- Experience with Lean techniques, including process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement facilitation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, Jira, and ServiceNow; experience with Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI and Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci or a similar framework.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
