What you will do
- Own social media calendars and content direction for one or two brands.
- Shape brand voice and tone, write social copy, and develop content ideas across relevant platforms.
- Plan contests, giveaways, community activations, promotions, launches, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative teams and content creators on briefs and campaign assets.
- Manage email calendars, messaging, subject lines, audience targeting, offers, and scheduling.
- Report on engagement, audience growth, registrations, and customer acquisition, using results to improve future campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, brand communications, or a related marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with content planning, copywriting, publishing, and social media performance analysis.
- Strong written English and the ability to adapt messaging for different brands, audiences, and channels.
- Strong creative and editorial judgment with an understanding of engaging and relevant content.
- Ability to use performance data to make decisions and improve campaigns.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage one or two brands with overlapping campaigns.
Nice to have
- Experience with email marketing, influencers, content creators, or paid social campaigns.
- Experience in gaming, social casino, iGaming, sports betting, entertainment, or another digital consumer brand.
