Site Reliability Engineer lll (Kubernetes/AWS)

What you will do

• Develop software, fixes, automation, and shared services for cloud platforms and internal systems.
• Improve service availability, performance, security, operational readiness, and customer experience.
• Maintain at least four-nines reliability, SLAs, KPIs, and error budgets.
• Define non-functional requirements and contribute to scalable, highly available distributed-system designs.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues spanning DevOps, databases, networking, code, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor SRE I and II engineers and support planning, reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field.
• At least 7 years of engineering experience.
• Strong Kubernetes experience and an observability background.
• Experience with AWS, infrastructure as code, containers, distributed systems, DevOps tooling, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform, strong scripting skills, and hands-on work in a distributed Linux environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, plus troubleshooting, project management, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
